Welcome to the Western Maryland Vegetarian Society! We are seeking to build a community of like-minded people in the
Western Maryland area for those interested in the far-reaching effects of a vegetarian diet, including health, animal rights
and environmental concerns. We welcome those merely curious about vegetarianism, as well as, long-term vegetarians. Come join us and help us grow!

Please bring a dish containing no animal products (no meat, egg, or dairy) to serve six to eight people. For recipe ideas, check out www.vegweb.com.
If possible, bring your own place setting (plate, bowl, cup & silverware) to minimize the use of paper goods. Thanks!
